摘　　要：①目的　探讨经单鼻孔蝶窦入路垂体腺瘤切除术效果、并发症及处理方法。②方法　对 2 38例垂体腺瘤病人采用单鼻孔蝶窦入路垂体腺瘤切除术 ,在显微镜下打开蝶窦前壁及鞍底 ,切除肿瘤。③结果　 178例垂体腺瘤全部切除 ,31例次全切除 ,2 6例大部切除。无严重并发症 ,无死亡病例。④结论　经单鼻孔蝶窦入路垂体腺瘤切除术是一种安全、省时易行、效果理想的手术方式。Objective To discuss endonasal trans-sphenoidal approach for the removal of pituitary adenoma(PA), its complications and management. Methods PA removal through trans-single-nostril approach was done for 238 patients. Under a microscope, the sphenoid sinus and the sellar floor were opened. The tumor was removed subsequently. Results Total removal was achieved in 178 cases, sub-total in 31, and large-portion in 26. No severe complications and death occurred. Conclusion Endonasal trans-sphenoidalapproach for the removal of pituitary adenomas is safe, efficient, and easy to perform.
