椎弓根钢板治疗胸腰椎骨折存在的问题（附90例分析）

摘　　要：椎弓根钢板系改良Roy—Camille钢板,作者报告90例治疗经验,具有手术创伤小,复位满意,内固定坚强,安全等优点。但存在轴向撑开力不足,如对T_(8-10)、L_(4-5)骨折复位不满意,易发生螺钉折断、松动、椎弓根钻孔位置不当及继发性畸形等问题。本文分析了存在问题,并提出防治措施。The plate screwed in vertebral pedicle (P.S.P)was a modified Roy-Camille plate. The author present operative results in 90 cases and satisfactory reduction. Strong internal fixation. safety and few complication were its proper advantage.but the force of axial distraction is not enough. The problems were demonstrated in screw broken,loosen ,secondary deformity and the complete reduction was difficult to be obtained in T8-10and L4_5 segment.
