摘 要:目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)早期阶段CT表现与其预后的关系。方法回顾分析119例临床诊断为HIE的患儿在新生儿早期阶段的CT分度、低密度灶程度(CT值)及合并颅内出血类型和程度与预后的关系。结果低密度灶范围越广,CT值越低,合并颅内出血特别是脑实质出血者其预后越差。结论CT对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的预后评估有重要意义,CT分度、低密度灶程度及颅内出血情况与其预后有密切关系。Objective To analyze the correlation between CT findings and the prognosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods 119 neonate with clinically proved hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy underwent CT scans and were followed up for 12 to 24 months after one year.The correlation between the CT stage,CT Hounsfield units,the types and degrees of intracranial hemorrhage and the prognosis were studied retrospectively.Results the wider of low density lesions and the lower of its CT Hounsfield units were,the worse of its prognosis were,especially those who accompanied with intracranial hemorrhage,in particularly,cerebral parenchyma hemorrhage. Conclusion CT scan has important significance for evaluating the prognosis of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopatly.The study demonstrate that there are a close correlation between the prognosis of hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy and CT stage,the CT Hounsfield units as well as the intracranial hemorrhage.
