动态血压变异性与高血压性左室肥厚的关系

摘　　要：目的　我们研究了 3 7例高血压病患者的左室重量指数 (LVMI)及其与动态血压变异性 (ABPV)的关系 ,13例年龄相当、血压正常的健康者作对照组。结果显示 :高血压病组LVMI显著大于对照组 ,提示高血压病组存在左室肥厚 (LVH)。相关分析的结果显示 :高血压病组的LVMI主要与动态血压各项参数平均值 (ABP)呈显著正相关 ,与收缩期 2 4小时及昼间ABPV呈显著负相关 ,表明LVH与ABPV的关系较与ABP的关系为弱。Objective Left ventricular mass index(LVMI)and the relation between ambulatory blood pressure variability(ABPV) and LVMI were studied in 37 cases or essential nypertension. Thirteen agematcned normotensives were studied as control group(CG).The results showed that LVMI in the patients group(PG) was greater than that in CG significantly, which suggests that there is left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH)in PG. The results derived from the correlation analysis showed that LVMI corrdlated positively to the average levels of ambulatory blood pressure (ABP) and correlated negatively to the systolic ABPV through the 24-hour interval and during the daytime.Thus the relation between LVH and ABPV was weaker than that between LVH and the average levels of ABP.
