军队营舍空气质量卫生标准

摘　　要：目的为保证军队集体住房空气质量符合卫生要求 ,防止空气污染。方法根据现场调查资料 ,结合对国内外相关资料分析 ,进行标准编制。结果制订出《军队营舍空气质量卫生标准》WSB 39- 2 0 0 1。标准规定CO2 ≤ 0 .10 % ,CO≤ 8mg·m- 3,SO2 ≤ 0 .1mg·m- 3,氧化氮≤ 0 .15mg·m- 3,甲醛≤ 0 .0 8mg·m- 3,空气细菌数≤ 2 5菌落数·皿 - 1(9cm) ,链球菌数 <2菌落数·皿 - 1(9cm)。同时提出了防止营舍空气污染的措施和要求 ,以及空气指标采样和检验方法。结论该标准适用于各军兵种士兵、学员等集体住房空气卫生的监督、监测和评价。Objective To pledge the indoor air quality of military barracks to meet hygienic requirements and to prevent air pollution. Methods The standard was made on the basis of spot investigation data and analysis of domestic and international information. Results The hygienic standard of indoor air quality of military barracks, WSB 39-2001, was worked out. In this standard, the following items were stipulated: CO 2 ≤ 0.10%,CO ≤ 8 mg·m -3,SO 2 ≤ 0.1 mg·m -3, NO ≤ 0.15 mg·m -3,formaldehyde ≤0.08 mg·m -3,bacterial count in air ≤ 25 cfu per dish (9 cm),number of streptococcus <2 cfu per dish (9 cm).In addition, the measures and requirements for prevention of air pollution in baracks, and the methods for sampling and detecting the air indexes were specified.Conclusion The standard was suitable for supervising, monitoring and evaluating the air hygiene of barracks for soldiers and students in armed forces.
