摘　　要：目的探讨前列安栓联合体外射频治疗慢性前列腺炎综合症的临床疗效。方法选择临床诊断为慢性前列腺炎综合症患者90例,随机分为3组。实验组经肛门直肠塞用前列安栓联合体外射频;对照组分为两组:一组单纯直肠给予前列安栓,另一组单纯体外射频,均治疗4周。观察治疗前后前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CP)变化。结果 三组患者治疗前NIH-CP评分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);各组治疗前、后NIH-CP评分均显著下降(P<0.05),治疗后三组间相互比较NIH-CP评分均有显著性差异(P<0.05),其中以前列安栓联合体外射频治疗组疗效最佳。结论 体外射频更能促进前列安栓药物在局部的吸收及扩散,联合治疗对改善慢性前列腺炎患者的症状效果更显著。Objective To evaluate the effect of Prostant combined with External RF Hyperthermia inthe treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods 90 patients suffered from CPS were divided randomly intoexperiment group(n=30), which were treated with External RF Hypertheria (ERFH)combined with Prostant for4 weeks ,and control group one (n=30),which were only treated with ERFH,and control group two(n=30),whichwere only treated with Prostant. Symptoms scores were recorded per-and post treatments.Results NIHP decreased in all the three groups (p<0.05), the efficacy was better in experiment group than that inother two concrol groups.Conclusion External RF Hyperthermia was able to accelerate the absorptionof Prostant in prostate tissue,and there were much more efficacy for Prostant combined with External RFHyperthermia in the treatment of chronic prostatitis .
