摘　　要：目的　建立复方吲哚美辛栓中吲哚美辛的含量测定方法。方法　采用等吸收双波长消去法 ,吲哚美辛的测定波长为2 37nm ,参比波长为 30 9.6nm。结果　吲哚美辛的吸收度△A (A2 3 7nm-A3 0 9.6nm)与浓度呈良好的线性关系 ,吲哚美辛的平均回收率为 99.86 % ,RSD为 0 .4 0 % ,相关系数r =0 .9996 ,并可消除盐酸达克罗宁的干扰。结论　本法快速、简便。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of indomethacin in compound indomethacin suppositories. METHOD Dual-wavelength spectrophotometry was used. The selected determining wavelength was 237nm and the reference wavelength of indometacin was 309.6nm. RESULTS The average recovery of indometacin was 99.86%,RSD was 0.40%. The correlation coefficient was 0.9996.CONCLUSION This method is quick, simple and accurate.
