国产与进口卡维地洛片治疗原发性高血压的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的 　比较国产与进口卡维地洛片治疗原发性高血压的疗效。方法 　将 62例高血压患者分为 2组 ;A组 3 1例 ,应用国产卡维地洛 (络德片 ) 10 mg,po,Bid;B组 3 1例 ,应用进口卡维地洛 (达利全片 ) ,10 mg,po,Bid;两组疗程均为 4周。 结果 　 A组与 B组的降压总有效率分别为84.87%和 87.10 % ,P>0 .0 5 ;两组降压幅度与心率加快幅度比较 ,P>0 .0 5。不良反应发生率两组均很少 ,无须停药 ,P>0 .0 5。结论 　国产与进口卡维地洛治疗原发性高血压的疗效相似。OBJECTIVE Compare the therapeutical effect of the home carvedilol to cure the essential hypertension with import.METHODS Average 63 samples of hypertension into two groups A group and B group.The former dosed with carvedilol,10mg,po,Bid;and the latter is import carvedilol(Dilatrend),10mg,po,Bid.Both of their period of treatment is four weeks.RESULTS the A and B group's total effective rate is 84.87%and 87.10%.P>0.05compare the amplitude of decompression and the rhythm expedite of the heart,P>0.05;both of the two group's incidence rate of sideeffect is little dispense with stopping therapy,P>0.05.CONCLUSION The therapeutical effect of the home carvedilol and import to cure the essential hypertension is similar.
