摘　　要：目的 　寻找一个对鼻纤毛毒性小 ,又可以产生较好的喷雾效果的氢溴酸东茛菪碱鼻用喷雾剂的处方。 方法 　建立药物对鼻纤毛毒性的动物模型 ,观察辅料对鼻纤毛的毒性及喷雾效果 ,并对各种处方进行筛选。结果与结论 　氢溴酸东茛菪碱鼻用喷雾剂宜选用 0 .5 %羧甲基纤维素钠 ( CMC-Na)作为辅料。OBJECTIVE To find a kind of prescription which has low toxicity and preferable spray effect to scopolamine hydrobromide nasal spray.METHODS Establishing an animal model which is checking the medicament toxicity to nose cilia.Observing the assist material toxicity to the nose cilia and spray effect then filtrate the different prescriptions.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Scopolaminc hydrobromide nasal spray is fit for choosing 0.5% carboxymethylcellulose sodium(CMC-Na) as the assist material.
