摘  要:以 30年生东方杉的当年生顶芽、侧芽和茎段作为外植体 ,采用组织培养方法对不定芽的分化、增殖及伸长进行了研究。结果表明 :该项东方杉组织培养的最佳基本培养基为改良MS培养基。在改良MS培养基中加入了BA 10mg L可高频率诱导其不定芽的分化 ;增殖系数达 6 .5 2。芽伸长培养基为附加恶霉灵 (hy mexzal,HMI) 5 0mg L的改良MS培养基。The current terminal buds, lateral buds and stems of 30-year-old Taxodium mucronatum×Cryptomeria fortunei were used as explants, and through tissue culture the differentiation, multiplication and elongation of the adventitions buds were studied. The results showed that the best minimal medium for the explants of Taxodium mucronatum×Cryptomeria fortunei was the modified MS medium. The modified MS medium supplemented with 10mg/L BA could induce the differentiation of the adventitious buds high-frequently ,and the multiplication coefficient reached 6.52. The appropriate medium for the elongation of the adventitious buds was the modified MS medium supplemented with 50mg/L hymexzal(HMI).
