抑毒调平液对体外培养慢性乙型肝炎(中度)患者PBMC产生IFN-γ及IL-4的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨抑毒调平液对体外培养慢性乙型肝炎 (中度 )患者外周血单个核细胞 (PBMC)产生IFN -γ及IL - 4的影响。方法 :应用抑毒调平液 ( 1 0mg/ml)对慢乙肝 (中度 )患者PBMC培养 ,以正常人为对照。采用ELISA法检测细胞上清液中细胞因子水平。结果 :慢性乙型肝炎 (中度 )患者PHA诱导的PBMC产生IFN -γ水平明显低于正常对照组 ,而产生IL - 4水平明显高于正常对照组 ,P <0 .0 1。中药抑毒调平液在体外明显促进PHA诱导的慢性乙肝 (中度 )患者PBMC产生IFN -γ ,明显高于未加中药的对照组 ,而使IL - 4生成减少 ,明显低于未加中药的对照组 ,P <0 .0 1。结论 :抑毒调平液可改善Th1 /Th2细胞平衡 ,上调Th1型细胞因子 ,下调Th2型细胞因子 ,有利于病毒的清除。Objective: To explore the effect of YiDuTiaoPingYe(YDTP) on the production of IFN-γand IL-4 in cultured PBMC in patients with chronic hepatitis B (moderate). Method: PBMC from patients with chronic hepatitis B (moderate)and normal control group was cultured with YDTP(10mg/ml). The level of cytokines presented in the culture supernatant was analyzed by ELISA. Result: Production of IFN-γin PBMC stimulated by PHA in patients with chronic hepatitis B (moderate) was lower than that of the control. whereas the level of IL-4 was higher than that of the control(P<0.01), YDTP could promote the production of IFN-γin PBMC stimulated by PHA in patients with chronic hepatitis B in vitro, but inhibit the production of IL-4(P<0.01). Conclusion: Our data suggest that YDTP can improve Th1/Th2 cell balance, upregulating Th1-cytokines and downregulating Th2-cytokines, which is beneficial to viral clearance.
