摘  要:为了得到工业加热过程中常见的两平行平面间的辐照度均匀性以及均匀加热面上的能量利用率,通过公式推导得到辐照均匀系数的解析式,分析了均匀面能量利用率与系统能量损失。结果表明,随板长与板间距比值(L/H)增加,辐照均匀系数先逐渐减小,然后,中心位置附近逐渐增加;当L/H≥8时,辐照均匀系数增加较小,均匀加热面上的能量利用率增加较小。To enhance the irradiance uniformity and improve utilization ratio of radiant energy on the uniform heating area between parallel planes in common industry heating process, a mathematical expression of uniform coefficient of irradiance has been obtained through formula derivation, and radiant energy utilization ratio on area of irradiance uniformly distributed and the ratio of system radiant energy losted is analyzed in detail. The results show that uniform coefficient of irradiance is decreased gradually with the increasing of the length-to-distance(L/H) firstly, then it is increased near the center of plate, while L/H≥8, it is not sensible to increase of L/H, and the value of energy utilization ratio on uniform heating area increases very less. The charts of calculation results of uniform coefficient of irradiance are presented for engineering design.
