摘　　要：介绍LZ - 3/ 5 5 0直进式拉丝机变频调速自动控制系统的各部分组成及特点 ,根据系统的控制规律 ,推导出主控给定信号的关系。实践证明 :该系统可保证拉拔过程中拉丝模出口的钢丝金属秒流量相等 ,较好地满足生产工艺的要求 。To introduce the composing and characteristic of Automation System of frequency conversion speed adjusting of LZ-3/550 straight line wire drawing machine.The relation of main control signal supply is deduced according to the control law of the system.It is proved by practice that the system can ensure equal steel wire flux per second at die exit in wire drawing,which can meet the needs of production process well and reach the goal of energy saving and little maintenance.
