输卵管黏膜整合素β_3的表达及与输卵管妊娠的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨整合素β_3在输卵管妊娠发生中起到的作用。方法:采用免疫组化染色方法检测输卵管妊娠患者输卵管黏膜上皮、宫内膜及正常输卵管黏膜上皮、正常宫内早孕宫蜕膜组织中整合素β_3、ER及PR的表达。结果:输卵管妊娠患者输卵管黏膜上皮细胞整合素β_3表达高于正常输卵管黏膜上皮,但低于正常宫内早孕宫蜕膜上的表达,差异性显著(P<0.05),而输卵管妊娠患者宫内膜上皮细胞整合素β_3的表达弱于正常输卵管黏膜,更弱于正常子宫蜕膜上的表达,差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:整合素β_3参与胚泡异位着床于输卵管内,可能在输卵管妊娠发生过程中起到一定的作用。Objective: To investigate the role of integrin β_3 in tubal pregnancy. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was resorted to demonstrate the expression of integrin β_3, ER and PR in tubal epithelium and endometrium of tubal pregnancy, normal tubal epithelium and normal decidual cells. Results: The expression of integrin β_3 in tubal epithelium of tubal pregnancy was higher than that in normal tubal epithelium, but lower than that in normal decidual cells (P<0.05). However, expression of integrin β_3 in endometrium of tubal pregnancy was lower than that in normal tubal epithelium and in normal decidual cells (P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrin β_3 participated in ectopic implantation and might play a key role in tubal pregnancy.
