摘 要:随着高频应用 (如无线传输 )迅速突破传统的频带范围 ,传统的高频继电器已无法满足更高频率RF信号的切换要求及小型化和SMD的要求 ,现代新型高频继电器得到迅猛发展。文章分析了高频继电器的应用市场 ,简要介绍了高频继电器的基本原理、结构 ,着重阐述了现代新型高频继电器的新原理、新结构、新产品 ,并对发展国内高频继电器技术提出了见解。With high frequency applications such as wireless transmission fleetly extending beyond conventional frequency bands,conventional high frequency relays cannot meet requirements of telecom devices for higher RF switching,miniaturization and SMD ability,consequently,modern new high frequency relay is in rapid advancement now. With analyzed applications market for high frequency relays,the paper briefly introduced basic principle of high frequency relay,and then focused on new principle,structures and products of modern high frequency relay. Additionally,personal viewpoints were proposed for development of national high frequency relay technology.
