摘　　要：本文探讨的是全球化背景下各民族文化多元互补发展、中外文化界对话与交流应遵循的原则等问题.文化交流的目的是人类互相学习、共同享受各民族创造的精神财富,所以文化建设中无论从世界角度还是从民族角度来看,保护本民族的优秀文化与吸收外来先进文化都同等重要.This paper holds the view that under the circumstances of globalization, the major cultures of the world should co exist and cooperate for the benefit of the people all over the world. Different peoples communicate to learn and to share the quintessence of each other's culture, so in the process of cultural building it is equally important to preserve one's own advanced culture and to absorb others' cultural treasures to benefit both oneself and the world.
