摘　　要：Economic globalization is the inevitable result led by the basic contradiction of capitalist society that is expanding to all over the world. It is right to analyze this economic globalization and draw its crux, tendency and prospect with Marx’s theory and method about the basic contradiction of human society. It can be said that the economic globalization is just the globalization of capitalism in terms of the development of modern science and technology, which is led by the developed countries with the characteristic of financial capital. In this course there are still some fundamental contradictions in the capitalist society: the opposition still existing between workers and capitalists, the struggle for world-control power between U.S.A and the other developed countries, the fight for westernization and anti-westernization between the capitalist countries and the socialist countries. Apart from this, the problem of South-North relation is characterized by the basic contradiction of the capitalist society.
