摘　　要：骨移植是骨科临床常用的方法,其中异体骨移植越来越受重视。本文对复合异种骨的成骨活性物质、植骨材料及骨移植抗感染等方面的研究进行了综述,并且提出了以组织工程的方式将植骨材料和具有定向分化能力的骨髓干细胞进行复合的方法,以此来提高异种骨移植的成功率。Bone transplanting is widely used in orthopaedics clinical works,with which heterogeneity bone transplanting is being more and more emphasized. In this article,we explored the active substance in bone forming of complex heterogeneity bone,material of bone transplanting and anti-infection of bone transplanting. Moreover,we bring forward a way to compound the material of bone transplanting and bone marrow stem cell which has orientation differentiating ability by tissue engineering,which enhance the opportunity of success in bone transplanting.
