芽管试验法与琼脂扩散法同步筛选抗白念珠菌中草药

摘　　要：目的 :从中草药中筛选有效的抗白念珠菌药物。方法 :采用琼脂扩散法和芽管试验法对 1 30种中草药进行同步筛选。结果 :应用芽管试验法筛选的有效药物有 31种 ,应用琼脂扩散法筛选的有效药物有 2 1种 ,其中两种方法均有效的有 1 4种。结论Objective:Anti-Candida albicans drugs were selected from Chinese traditionaland herbal drugs.Methods:By means of germinative test and agar diffusion,130 sorts of Chinese herbal medicine were screened synchronously.Results:thrity-one drugs were sfited by germinative test,twenty-one by agar diffusion method,fourteen by both method.Conclusions:Synchronous screening by germinative test and agar diffusion method provides a new thought about screening anti-Candida albicans drugs from Chinese traditionaland herbal drugs.
