摘　　要：对整条生产线的设计过程、调试过程进行了详细介绍 ,重点说明了设计中的几个关键技术问题 ,并针对不同产品进行了工艺调试。经该生产线处理的产品 ,表面脱贫碳≤ 0 .0 3mm ,无裂纹、无软点 ,残余奥氏体含量≤ 10 % ,金相组织及硬度均匀性达到JB12 5 5 - 2 0 0The detail introduction of the design procedure and adjusting procedure for whole production line is made,the key technique problems in design are explained in emphases,the technology adjusting for different productions have been completed.After heat treatment in the production line,the surface decarbonized layer of the products is less 0.03?mm,and residual austenite content is less 10%,without crack and soft point,microstructure and hardness uniformity are accordance with JB 1255-2001 standard.
