摘　　要：根据现有设备 ,利用清棉师Scolase 10 0T对涤麻织物进行退煮漂一浴处理 ,无需氯漂 ,即可生产出满足强力、白度和润湿性等要求的半成品。该半成品选用分散 /士林或分散 /活性染料染色 ,并经柔软拉幅处理 ,成品基本消除了刺痒感 ,满足服用要求。Depending on the available machines and techniques, polyester ramie blended fabric was desized and bleached in one bath with Scolase 100T, the strength, whiteness and wettability of treated fabric can meet the requirement of semi product quality even without chlorine bleaching. After dyed with disperse/vat dyes or disperse/reactive dyes, followed by stentering with softeners, the end product features no scratchiness and meets the serviceability demands.
