摘　　要：黛丝具有原料易得、价格适中、切片可纺性好、纤维染色色谱齐全的特点。生产黛丝的工艺和设备与生产常规PET纤维类同,生产工艺易控制,产品质量稳定,性能优良。黛丝的成功开发解决了聚酯纤维不能常压常温染色的难题,同时减少能耗,有利于安全生产,更加环保,具有广阔的应用前景。DYES(disperse dye normal temperature normal pressure easy-to-dye modified PET fiber have the characteristics such as the raw material is easy to obtain,the price is moderate,the spinnability of the chip is good,the fiber dyeing colour spectrum is completely wide.The technology and equipments to produce DYES are similar to that of conventional PET fiber.The production technology is easy to control, the product quality is steady,the properties are good.The successful development of DYES solved the problem that PET fiber can not be dye with normal pressure normal temperature.At the same time,the energy consumption is saved.This is beneficial to saftey production.DYES has wide application prospect.
