摘  要:根据进行放疗后人体血液内淋巴细胞应激产生微量单线态氧等自由基的特点,使其与特异性化学发光探针MCLA结合产生化学发光,通过检测到的化学发光强度的不同可以判断放疗给患者造成的损伤程度,并在此基础上探讨了单次放疗的最佳照射剂量。与常规的凭操作者的主观经验判断的方法相比,该方法具有客观、准确、简单、快速且成本低的特点。可进一步用于各种机体受各种辐射后所受损伤程度的分析。本文还介绍了细胞功能分析仪的结构及原理。According to the character that lymphocyte can generate some singlet oxygen and superoxide, the chemiluminescence will be obtained by combining it with the chemiluminescence's probe MCLA, Furthermore, the intensity of chemiluminescence can be used to judge the damage degree in the sick who accept the radiotherapy. Meanwhile, the most proper condition of the best radiation dose for radiotherapy can also be found out. In comparison with the ordinary therapy depending on the subjective experience of the doctor it is generally accepted that this method is objective, accurate, simple, quick and low-cost. It can be applied to different kinds of organisms in analysis of their damage degree aroused by radiation. The frame and principle of the cell function analyzer instrument are also introduced in this paper.
