摘　　要：详细介绍硫酸储罐的设计标准、基本类型及结构设计;分析硫酸对碳钢腐蚀的特点及影响因素,探讨各种浓度硫酸储罐的选材、防腐和安全问题,提出相应措施。指出合理的设计可以防止和减轻各种潜在的腐蚀及危害,正确的选材是以最低的经济支出保证储罐安全运行的一种有效手段,再通过在运行中加强管理,可有效地延长硫酸储罐的使用寿命。The design specifications, general type and construction design of sulphuric acid storage tanks are described in detail, corrosion characteristics of carbon steal in sulphuric acid and influencing factors analyzed, the material selection, anticorrosion and safety of storage tanks for sulphuric acid at various concentration discussed, and some strategies put forward. It is suggested that proper design could prevent or lessen potential corrosion and damage and right selection of material of construction is an effective way to assuring safe operation of storage tank at lowest cost, which, added to strict management during operation, results in a long service life of the tank.
