摘　　要：介绍硫酸生产酸洗净化流程中的3种移热方式:间接冷凝法、空气(或空气-尾气)冷却法和稀酸冷却法。综合比较认为,稀酸冷却法投资较省,占地面积小,操作方便并可很容易地通过增加板片数量来适应提高产量的需要,因此具有良好的应用前景。Tree heat-removing ways for weak acid-scrubbing cleaning process in sulphuric acid production are discussed, indirect condensation method, air and/or tail gas cooling method and weak acid cooling method. Comprehensive comparison showed that weak acid cooling method has best application prospect because of lowest capital cost and space requirement, convenient operation and easy enlarging of exchange area by put more plants on a existing unit to meet the requirement of increasing capacity.
