摘 要:指出了发展生物质高温空气气化系统的必要性,介绍了作为其关键技术的高温空气发生器的工作原理及其特性;对高温空气发生器关键部件的分流装置的结构设计进行了详细阐述。分流特性实验结果表明:高温空气发生器可以正常稳定运行,分流装置可以实现分流的目的,且获得了高温空气发生器重要的性能参数,为掌握高温空气发生器性能并深入研究生物质高温空气气化系统作了充分的准备。The necessity of developing high temperature air gasification system for biomass was pointed out and the working principle and characteristic of the high temperature air generator as the critical technology of the system were introduced.The structure design of the key component of the high temperature air generator,namely the shunt device,was expatiated in detail.The shunt characteristic test showed that the high temperature generator operates stably and the shunt device meets the design expectation.The important performance parameters of the high temperature generator were obtained for better understanding the performance of the high temperature air generator and further study of biomass high temperature air gasification system.
