摘　　要：目的 测定清浊祛毒丸中丹皮酚的含量。方法 采用水蒸气蒸镏—紫外光谱法,检测波长为274nm。结果 丹皮酚在1.944～48.60μg线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为97.29％(RSD=1.30％,n=6)。结论 本法可作为清浊祛毒丸质量控制标准。Objective To determine the content of paeonol in Qingzhuo Qudu pill. Method Water vapor distillation-UV spectrum was used, the wavelength of determination was 274 nm. Result The linear range was 1. 944～48.60μg(r=0.9997). The average recov- ery was 97. 29% (RSD=1.30%,n=6). Conclusion The method can be used to control the quality of Qingzhuo Qudu pill.
