中子辐照SiC_f/SiC复合材料的反冲能谱及空间分布

摘　　要：分析了中子与靶原子的相互作用过程,提出了结合中子输运和核反应耦合模型,采用由蒙特卡罗方法编写的RDSNC程序计算了聚变堆第一壁候选材料SiCf,/SiC在14 MeV和1 MeV中子辐照后的反冲核(初级离位原子)、碎片(核反应发射粒子)、嬗变产物和它们的能谱。表明两者具有完全不同的反冲核、碎片和嬗变产物的能谱,14 MeV中子产生的辐照损伤远远大于1 MeV中子的辐照损伤,并具有大量的嬗变产物。SiCf/SiC composite has low activation, low radioactive residual heat, high temperature strength and low electrical conductivity, which is a candidate material for first wall, blanket and divertor of fusion reactor. In order to analyze the neutron spectrum effects on radiation damage, a computer code(RDSNC) is designed to calculate recoils, fragments, transmutational products and their energy spectrum. The interaction process between a neutron and atoms in materials consists of elastic scattering and non-elastic collision that includes various nucleus reactions, such as (n,γ), (n, xn),(n, xp) , (n,a) , (n,d) , (n,t) , (n,3He) reactions. The elastic scattering and nuclear reaction produce recoils, fragments and transmutational products with energetic energy, which form the mass spectrum and energy spectrum of products. The incident neutron with different energy produces the different energy spectrum of recoils, fragments and products and different content of helium and hydrogen. These induce different damage for the different neutron spectrum.
