历史时期淮北地区涝灾原因探析

摘　　要：历史时期淮北地区频生涝灾 ,严重影响了当地人民的生产和生活。究其原因 ,主要有以下方面 :淮河中下游河床比降小、北岸支流流域面积大和支流曲系不发达等地理因素 ;特殊气候原因而形成雨期集中 ;黄河长期泛淮、湖泊、河流、植被变化和治河等原因所致的生态环境恶化。人类的某些活动加剧了生态环境的恶化。During the historical period, there were frequent water loggings in the north Huai River areas, which seriously affected the local people's production and life. The causes were as followings: the geographic cause of the comparatively low middle and down beds of the Huai River and its large north branch area, as well as its underdeveloped branch system; the intensive rainy period due to the special climate; and the ecological deterioration caused by flooding by Yellow River, vegetation change and river regulation, which was made worse by people's activities.
