摘 要:系统地对东北地区分布的水生植物———香蒲科的 7个种进行了光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜的观察 ,目的在于确定香蒲科有争议的几个种的分类地位 ,同时对亲缘关系较近的黑三棱科部分种的花粉进行了对照观察 .研究结果表明 :香蒲科这 7个种是独立的自然种 ;支持长白香蒲 (TyphachangbaiensisM .J.WuetY .T .Zhao)作为新种的建立 ;不同意把黑三棱科作为香蒲科中一个属的观点 .Pollen grains of seven species,including one new species( Typha changbaiensis sp. nov. )of the Typhaceae were examined by LM and SEM. Their morphological characteristics were described and distinguished. The relationship between family Typhaceae and Sparaganiaceae was also investigated by using the pollens of two species in family Sparaganiaceae as type species to compare with those of the family Typhaceae. The purpose is to determine the status of several disputable species in this family. The results provide ample evidence to prove that the seven species are independent and natural ones. The establishment of new species is also supported,and the viewpoint taking the family Sparaganiaceae as a genus of family Typhaceae is disagreed.
