地黄饮子煎剂改善男性高血压患者性功能障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察地黄饮子煎剂对改善男性高血压患者性功能障碍的影响。方法:选择63例男性高血压患者在服用原抗高血压药物基础上,加服地黄饮子煎剂(由熟地黄或生地黄、肉苁蓉、麦冬、石斛、石菖蒲、山茱萸、巴戟天、五味子、远志、茯苓等组成),治疗8周为1疗程。观察治疗前后血压水平、性功能各项指标。结果:与治疗前比较,血压及性功能评价均有改善,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:地黄饮子煎剂辅助降压疗效确切,且改善性功能,提高生活质量。Objective: To observe the curative effect of Uihuang Yinzi Decoction(DYD) for sexual disorder(SD) in hypertension of male. Methods: 63 males with hypertension were treated by antihy-pertensives and added with DYD (composed of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Herba Cistanches, Radix Ophiopogonis, Herba Dendroii, Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii, Fructus Corni, Radix Morinda Offici-nalis, Fructus Schisandrae, Radix Polygalae and Poria) . 8 weeks constituted a course of treatment. The blood pressure and various indexes of sexual function were observed before and after treatment. Results: In comparison with before treatment, the blood pressure and sexual function were improved(P<0.01) . Conclusion: DYD possesses a supplementary effect for lowering blood pressure and improving sexual function and also improving the life quality.
