摘　　要：目的　通过介绍上海市职业病预防控制信息管理系统及工业企业职业卫生建档阶段质量控制与评估方案 ,探讨工作方法及存在问题。方法　介绍上海市职业病预防控制信息管理系统的内容及功能模式 ,总结上海市工业企业建档工作经验及质量评估结果。结果　上海市第一阶段工业企业职业卫生建档 1 1 0 84家企业 ,接触职工人数 1 0 72 4 0人 ,阶段质量评估建档率 36 1 % ,接触人数遗漏率 34 1 %。结论　上海市的职业病预防控制信息管理系统功能完善 ,技术先进 ,上海市第一阶段工业企业职业卫生建档工作质量评估显示 ,已录入数据技术质量可靠 ,但建档工作困难较大 ,建档覆盖率较低 ,档案的某些项目遗漏率偏高 。Objective By introducing Shanghai occupational health management database and quality control and process evaluation during the establishment of occupational health archives to probe into the working methods and existing problems.Methods Through introducing the contents and function of Shanghai occupational health management database,the experience in the period of establishing the occupational health archives and the method of quality control and evaluation were summarized.Results 11 084 enterprises established occupational health archives in the first phase,involving 107 240 occupational hazards exposed workers.The results of quality control and evaluation showed that the coverage of the archives was only about 36 1%,about 34 1% workers exposed to occupational hazards lost in the archives.Conclusion Shanghai occupational health management database demonstrates its perfect function and advanced technology.The data of the first phase archives are credible through quality control and evaluation,however,it is very difficult in the establishment of archives,and the coverage is much too low,especially in certain items of the archives.Health administration must take further measures to solve these problems so as to have a better implementation.
