摘 要:目的 对某石油化工企业生产性噪声进行调查 ,并对已采取的噪声治理措施进行技术评价。方法 测量该企业噪声源的A计权声级、频谱特性和岗位噪声暴露状况 ,计算等效连续A声级。结果 该企业生产装置中约有空气动力性噪声、机械性噪声和电磁性噪声等声源 2 0 0 0个 ,其主要声源频谱以中高频为主 ,属宽频带噪声 ;在操作岗位噪声中 ,装置的总控室、控制室、操作室等室内噪声超过 75dB(A)的占8% ,生产装置的噪声超过 85dB(A)的达 4 8% ,LAeq>91dB的占 1 3%。Objective To investigate the status of occupational noise exposure in a petrochemical company and to evaluate the control efficiency after taking countermeasures.Methods Noise frequency distributions both at the origins and at the job posts were monitored and evaluated.Results There were about 2 000 noise sources in this company;most of them were high frequency noise classified as wide frequency band noise.As to job posts,8 percent of indoor noise intensity was > 75 dB ,noise intensity of 48 percent of production installation was >85 dB,and 13 percent of L Aeq was >91 dB.Finally,some suggestions for controlling the noise pollution were made according to current situation.Conclusions The measures for controlling the noise pollution in this company are still irrational and insufficient.
