摘 要:目的了解在当前农村社会、经济状况下江滩型地区人畜血吸虫感染规律,为制定符合该类地区特点的血吸虫病防治对策提供依据。方法分别在2002年6、9月下旬和12月上旬用单纯随机抽样的方法在三联村5周岁以上常住沿江居民中随机抽取500人,利用Kato-Katz法进行1粪3检,阳性者计算虫卵数,对该村所有耕牛用棉析孵化法检查是否感染,以判断春、夏、秋不同季节人畜血吸虫感染情况。结果总体看来,人群感染率夏季为12.93%,显著高于春(4.23%)、秋(2.69%)季,春季略高于秋季,但差异无显著性。不同性别、职业、文化程度人群夏季感染率均显著地高于春秋季,除农民春季明显高于秋季外,其余春秋季之间差异均无显著性。病人感染度秋季(178.14±147.44)最高,夏季(127.03±186.52)次之,春季(18.96±13.54)最低。耕牛感染率夏季(42.62%)显著高于春(7.41%)、秋(1.75%)季,春季略高于秋季,但差异无显著性。结论江滩型地区人畜感染血吸虫的主要季节在夏季,秋季感染率最低。Objectives To analyze the pattern of human and cattle Schistosoma japonicum infection in different seasons in the areas along the Changjiang River of the present rural society and economic conditions so as to provide a theoret ical foundation for the formulation of the strategy of schistosomiasis control. Methods About 500 permanent people of age over 5 in Sanlian village were selecte d randomly in the last ten-day period of June and September, and the first ten days of December. Their stool specimens were examined with the method of Kato-K atz (three slides were made from one specimen), and the egg burdens were counted for the positive specimens. Cattles were examined with hatching method. Results The infection rate of human was generally 4.23%in spring, 12.93%in summer and 2.69%in fall. The infection rate in summer was significantly higher than that in spring and fall, and there was no significant difference between spring and f all. The infection rate in summer was also significantly higher than that in spr ing and fall in the population with different sexes, different occupations and d ifferent cultural level. The patient intensity was generally18.96±13.54 in spri ng, 127.03±186.52 in summer and 178.14±147.44 in fall. The cattle infection ra te was 7.41%in spring, 42.62%in summer and 1.75%in fall. The infection rate i n summer was significantly higher than that in spring and fall, and there was no significant difference in the infection rate between spring and fall. Conclusio n Schistosoma japonicum infection of human and cattle was mainly occurred in sum mer in the area along the Changjiang River.
