摘　　要：目的了解广州市服务行业从业人员的健康状况。方法以整群抽样方式在2002、2003年抽取观察对象,收集相关资料和血清标本,进行丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、乙肝血清标志物(HBVM)和肠道致病菌的检测。结果2002、2003年服务行业从业人员中检测结果异常率分别为8.5%、9.2%;其中HBsAg阳性人数分别占检测结果异常者的93.2%、85.4%。结论广州市服务行业从业人员检测结果异常中以HBsAg阳性占首位,应加强对易感人群的预防乙型肝炎的健康教育及乙肝疫苗的预防接种。Objective To survey the health condition of the workers in service industry in Guangzhou. Method Sera samples were collected by random cluster sam pling method from the workers in the service industry from 2002 to 2003 for the detection of HBVM, ALT and pathogenic enterobacteria. Result The detection rates in 2002 and 2003 were 8.5%and 9.2%respective. The HBsAg(+) rates in 2002 and 2003 were 93.2%and 85.4%respectively. Conclusion HBsAg(+) rate was the highe st amount the tests. Health education and vaccination against HBV should be prom oted and implemented for the workers in the service industry in Guangzhou.
