摘　　要：微波行波电光调制器是可调谐CO_2激光边带光谱仪的核心部件。人工设计,不仅速度慢、易出错,而且对不同微波波段及不同微波波导都必须重新设计。本文所研制的行波调制器的通用设计软件,可根椐设计人员的具体要求,自动实现调制器的设计,并给出设计结果和有关图形,具有速度快、准确可靠、通用方便等待点。软件具有实用性和可移植性。Microwave traveling electro-optic modulator is the key part of the tunable CO_2 loser sidebamd spectrometer. Manual design is not only slow and easy to make errors, but also the design must be done replicatelly on different waveranges and different waveguids. The common designing soft of the traveling modulator designed in this letter can design the modulator automatically by the order of designor then gives the desiging results and approprate figures. The desiging soft has the characteric of fast. common. easy and The soft can be used practically and can be graftet.
