糖脂康胶囊改善2型糖尿病脂代谢的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　观察糖脂康胶囊对 2型糖尿病患者血脂代谢的影响。方法　 2型糖尿病患者 86例 ,中医辨证为气阴两虚型 ,口服磺脲类降糖药物治疗 ,血糖控制较理想但血脂仍偏高者。随机分为 2组 ,糖脂康组4 5例 ,加服糖脂康胶囊 ,每次 4粒 ,每日 3次 ;脂比妥组加服脂比妥 ,每次 3粒 ,每日 3次。 2组治疗 3个月。结果　① 2组患者治疗后总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)均有下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,糖脂康组TG下降较对照组更为明显 (P <0 .0 1) ,糖脂康组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)经治疗后明显升高(P <0 .0 1) 。②脂比妥组治疗后载脂蛋白B 10 0 (ApoB 10 0 )下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1) /ApoB 10 0升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,糖脂康组治疗后ApoB 10 0下降及ApoA1/ApoB 10 0升高更为明显 (P <0 .0 1)。糖脂康组ApoA1升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。③糖脂康组经治疗后空腹胰岛素 (FINS)明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,空腹血糖 (FBG)亦有明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,胰岛素敏感性指数 (ISI)较治疗前明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　糖脂康胶囊可改善Objective To observe the effect of Tangzhikang capsule on the blood lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 86 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, whose type was Qi and Yin deficiency were divided into two groups. 41 patients in control group were treated by combination of Zhibituo and Sulfonylurea. 45 patients in treatment group were treated by combination of tangzhikang and Sulfonylurea. The course was three months in both groups. Results TG, TC and LDL C were significantly decreased after treatment in both groups (P<0.05). Status in treatment group was superior to that in control group. HDL C, apoA1 and apoA1/apoB100 in treatment group was remarkably increased, apoB100 was lowed (P<0.05). FINS and FBG after treatment in treatment group were significantly lowed (P<0.05). ISI after treatment in treatment group were significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion Tangzhikang capsule could improve metabolism of blood lipid of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
