摘 要:目的 观察噪声性听力损伤者听觉脑干诱发电反应的变化。方法 对长期接触噪声听阈明显下降的 75名工人 ,进行听觉脑干诱发电反应测定。结果 14 0只耳中有 85只耳主观测听的高频听阈与客观测听反应阈值水平基本一致 ,占 61%。 3 6只耳为纯音主观测听高频听阈高于客观测听反应阈值 (相差 15dB以上 ) ,占 2 6%。主观测听高频听阈低于客观测听反应阈值的有 19只耳 ,占 13 %。在 75例工人中有 5名因两侧耳不对称未做分析。结论 研究表明听觉脑干诱发电反应的变化对估计噪声性听力损伤者的听力有一定的帮助。Objective To observe the change of auditory brainstem responses in the patients with noise-induced hearing impairment. Methods The auditory brainstem responses in 75 patients with noise-induced hearing impairment were determined. Results Subjective high frequency threshold level was coincident with objective threshold in 85 of 140 ears (61%). Subjective high frequency threshold level in pure sound was higher than objective threshold in 36 of 140 ears(26%). Subjective high frequency threshold level was lower than objective threshold in 19 of 140 ears(13%). Other 5 patients were not analyzed because both ears were unparalleled. Conclusion This study confirmed that the auditory brainstem responses in the patients with noise-induced hearing impairment is helpful for assessment of hearing ability.
