苯接触者苯中毒发生与其血型关系的分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨慢性苯中毒与ABO血型分布之间的关系。方法 对92例苯中毒病例的ABO血型与40 980名普通人群的血型分布进行卡方检验及Woolf统计学分析。结果 苯中毒组与普通人群组血型分布不一致(X2=8.698,P=0.034);苯中毒病人O血型频率显著高于普通人群(x2=6.848,P=0.009);Woolf法测定苯中毒组A/O相对危险度OR=0.567(P<0.05)。结论O血型与慢性苯中毒可能有关联。Objective To probe the relationship between patients suffering from chronic benzene poisoning and their ABO blood types. Methods Blood type distribution has been analysed between 92 chronic benzene poisoning patients and 40 980 common people by chi-square test and Woolf test. Results The blood type distribution in patients suffering from benzene poisoning was different from it in common people (x2 = 8.698,P = 0.034), O blood type frequency in benzene group was significantly higher than those in common people group(x2 = 6.848, P = 0.009),The OR of A/O was 0.567(P<0.05) in patients suffering from benzene by Woolf test. Conclusion 0 blood type may be one of the factors associated with chronic benzene poisoning.
