摘　　要：全面建设小康社会是我国社会主义现代化建设的新阶段。西藏作为经济落后的边疆民族地区,如何在改革开放中走出一条跨越式发展的新路子,实现党的十六大提出的全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标,是我们面临的重大现实问题。文章认为,跨越式发展是西藏全面建设小康社会、加快实现社会主义现代化的重要途径。全面建设小康社会的重点是全面小康,西藏要实现全面建设小康社会的目标,必须通过跨越式发展来实现。西藏跨越式发展和全面建设小康社会,二者是完全一致、密不可分、完全同步的目标。在跨越式发展中建设西藏的全面小康。Overall construction of comparatively well-off society is a new stage for the construction of socialist modernization. As economically backward border area, how to find a new path of leap-over development and fulfill the grand target of overall construction of comparatively well-off society put forward by the 16th National CCP Conference is a great practical problem that Tibet is facing. It is stated in the article that leap-over development of Tibet is a major channel to overall construction of comparatively well-off society and speeding up socialist modernization. Leap-over development of Tibet and overall construction of comparatively well-off society conform to each other. Tibet fulfills its overall comparatively well-off in leap-over development.
