血浆置换用于治疗农药克无踪中毒效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨血浆置换术治疗农药“克无踪”中毒的效果。方法 对22例农药“克无踪”中毒病人在常规治疗的基础上,于病人入院24～48 h增加血浆置换治疗,加强血浆置换术前、术中及术后的护理。结果 16例治愈出院,2例自动出院,4例死亡;抢救成功率72.7％,病死率18.2％。结论 应用血浆置换术治疗农药“克无踪”中毒病人临床疗效显著;认真、细致的护理是抢救成功的重要因素之一。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of plasma exchange in the treatment of Gramoxone poisoning. Methods Twenty-two cases of Gramoxone poisoning were subjected to plasma exchange in 24 - 48 h after admission on the basis of routine therapy. The nursing care was strengthened during plasma exchange. Results Sixteen cases were cured, 2 cases were discharged from hospital voluntarily and 4 cases were died. The successful rate was 72. 7% and mortality was 18. 2% , respectively. Conclusion The clinical effectiveness of plasma exchange in the treatment of Gramoxone poisoning was significant. Careful nursing was one of the important factors.
