摘　　要：加 快 国 际 保 理 业 务 的 发 展 是 我 国 商 业 银 行 面 对 国 际 金 融 新 形 势 的 必 然 选 择 ,也 顺 应 了 当 今 国 际 贸 易 发 展 的 要 求 。但目 前 我 国 的 保 理 业 务 仍 处 于 探 索 阶 段 ,与 外 资 银 行 相 比 还 存 在 很 大 差 距 ,如 何 采 取 措 施 弥 补 不 足 ,提 高 保 理 业 务 的 竞 争 能 力 具 有 重要 的 实 践 意 义 和 现 实 意 义 。To accelerate the development of international factoring is the natural choice for our state-owned commercial banks in facing with new financial environment,and it also meets the requirements of the development of international trade nowadays.Contrasted with foreign banks,however, international factoring business in our country is still in exploration and lags behind other foreign banks.How to take measures to increase the competitiveness of Chinese banks is of great practical and realistic significance.
