Study on the status of subhealthy state in college students as well as the preventive countermeasure

摘　　要：目的　探讨大学生人群亚健康状态发生现状及影响因素 ,为采取相应的对策提供科学依据。方法　采用问卷评定量表调查法 ,对武汉市 3所大学的大一新生作问卷调查 ,数据采用Excel建立数据库并以SAS软件进行统计分析。结果　大学生亚健康状态总发生率为 70 .4 5 % ;女生亚健康发生率高于男生 (χ2 =4 .2 6 9,P <0 .0 5 ) ;其亚健康状态主要表现为精神方面和社会交际方面。结论　大学生人群中亚健康患者心理、社会应激与亚健康状态的发生有关 ,因而掌握学生的心理健康状态对其进行健康教育是非常必要的。Objective To invastigite the incilence and affective factors of subhealthy state in college students,in order to offer the scientific evidence for adopting the countermeasure.Methods Freshman of three college in Wuhan city were surveyed by questionaries, the data was built in Excel and analysed with SAS software.Results The results show that the total incidence of subhealthy state in college students is 70.45%.The incidence rate of subhealthy status is higher in female than that in male,and the difference is significant (χ2=4.269,P<0.05).Their subhealth status was characterized by chages of showed on the psychology and intercommunicate aspect.Conclusion The subhealth of students related to their psychology and psychological strss,it is necessary to understand the status of psychologic health of students and to educate for psychological health aspects.
