摘　　要：目的　研究大鼠各组织器官的蛋白质图谱。方法　用SDS 聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS PAGE)技术分析大鼠 17种组织器官的蛋白质表达。结果　获得大鼠不同组织器官蛋白质图谱 ,其中肝脏中蛋白质种类最多。结论　各组织器官蛋白质含量与种类存在差异 ,但与相应的组织器官具有和执行的功能呈一定的相关性。Objective To study protein atlas in different tissues and organs of rats.Methods The protein atlas in different tissues and organs of rats were analyzed with SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE).Results The protein atlas in different tissues and organs of rats were obtained, and the kinds of protein in liver were most in 17 tissues and organs.Conclusion The content and kinds were different in different tissues and organs of rats,but there was certain correlation to functions with corresponding tissues and organs.
