摘 要:目的探讨大鼠长期服用脑疟佳对股骨结构力学性能的影响。方法 36d龄健康Wistar大鼠分为 4组 :有机镓 3mg/kg、6mg/kg、1 2mg/kg及空白对照组 (每组 1 0只 ,雌雄各半 ) ,以 0 .2ml/ 1 0 0 g容量体重灌胃给药 ,2周 1次 ,连续给药 1年 ( 2 7次 )。采用Beary法对长期服用脑疟佳大鼠股骨进行 3点弯曲试验。结果脑疟佳 3mg/kg给药大鼠股骨皮层厚度变厚 ,截面积显著增加 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,弹性载荷及断裂载荷增加 ,其中断裂载荷有显著增加 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,而高剂量 1 2mg/kg给药组大鼠股骨皮层厚度、截面积、弹性载荷及断裂载荷均见显著下降 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论脑疟佳 3mg/kg长期给药对大鼠股骨长轴皮层厚度及结构力学性能有增强效应 ,但高剂量 1 2mg/kg则产生副面效果。Objective To study the effect of long term Naoyaojia administration on the structural mechanical properties of rat femurs.Method Young wistar rats were treated orally with Naoyaojia at doses of 3,6,and 12 mg/kg body weight every 2 weeks for 1 year. Beary's bending test was used for determining physical properties of the femur. Result The thickness of the cortex and cross-sectional area of femur increased significantly in animals treated with 3 mg/kg dose of Naoyaojia(P<0.01), significant increase in maximum bending load was also found in this group compared with the control group(P<0.01). But an opposite change was found in animals treated with 12 mg/kg dose of Naoyaojia.Conclusion Stimulation on the thickness of the cortex along the axis as well as the maximum bending load of femurs are found in animals treated with 3 mg/kg dose of Naoyaojia, but negative effects were observed at higher dose level.
