摘　　要：介绍从德国进口的化肥厂设备火管锅炉 (材质 15NiCuMoNb5 )The welding of waste heat boiler made in Germany was difficult,because the materials of its pipes and welding were both imported materials and its welding structure was complex,there is no ready reference such as welding procedure of the imported boiler.The welding material was analyzed and its welding procedure was assured after many test and consulting related standard.The welding technology of this boiler was obtained and the experience of integral prefabrication&lifting was gained in the process of its assemble.
