摘 要:从含铁玻璃的结构状态出发分析了两种不同类型铁着色玻璃的吸收光谱和颜色特征,探讨了芒硝影响含铁玻璃着色和光谱吸收的规律。结果表明铁酸亚铁Fe3+-O-Fe2+结构能在红光到近红外区产生强烈吸收,是含铁玻璃铁着色的主要原因,此结构外的Fe2+和Fe3+只对玻璃颜色起修正作用。传统用芒硝澄清的含铁玻璃其颜色只能是深浅程度不同的黄绿色,吸热性一般;而通过无芒硝的真空澄清方法制得的含铁玻璃颜色为亮丽的蓝色,且吸热性很强。The tinting and the spectrum absorbing characteristics of two different kinds of iron tinted glasses were analyzed from aspect of the iron-ions configuration feature in the glass and the special effects of salt-cake on these characteristics were also discussed in this paper. The resulted conclusion reveals that the Fe^(3+)-O-Fe^(2+) structure is the real tinting reason of iron added glasses as it can strongly absorb the spectrum from red to near infrared range. The Fe^(3+) and Fe^(2+) out of the structure can only modify the glass colours. The conventional iron added glasses with salt-cake as the refining agent have varies yellowish green colours and ordinary heat absorption, whereas the vacuum refining glass without salt-cake refining agent addition obtains very bright blue tint and very strong heat absorption.
