气浮澄清装置中溶气罐的研究与设计

摘　　要：纸机白水最理想的处理方法是加压溶气气浮法,而在气浮澄清装置中影响气浮效果的关键设备是溶气罐。文中对溶气罐的结构作了详细的分析研究,并对溶气过程中所需的空气量、空气溶解度、饱和度等做了分析计算。At present, the higher efficiency method used for purification of white water of paper-making is air-float method dissolving air in water by pressure. But the key device influencing floatation′s effect is dissolving air container. The text comprehensively analyses dissolving air container′s structure, and calculate air volume in progress of dissolving air, air solubility, degree of saturation.
