摘　　要：论述了知识管理体系的内涵与组成 ,以及国内外知识管理体系的研究状况和典型案例。在此基础上 ,分析了国内外不同行业知识管理体系的特点 ,并比较了国内外知识管理体系构建与实施的差异。最后 。The paper discusses the content and composition of knowledge management framework, and the research status and typical cases of knowledge management framework in China and abroad. Based on this, the paper analyzes the characteristics of knowledge management framework in different industries, and compares the differences of China and foreign countries in constructing and implementing knowledge management framework. Finally, the paper puts forward some key points in constructing a successful knowledge management framework.
