摘　　要：概述了采用DSP(高速数字信号处理器 )和CPLD(复杂可编程逻辑器件 )为核心的全数字控制技术的双焊炬管道全位置自动焊机。介绍了双焊炬管道全位置自动焊机的机械结构、自动控制的技术特点及焊接工艺特点 ,分析比较了管道施工中各种根焊方法的特点 。Summarized the integer structure and welding technology of dual torch automatic welding machine controlled by DSP and CPLD.Introduced the structure of its mechanism and the characteristic of controlling-unit and the welding technology.Analysed kinds of technology of pipeline root welding.Based on these,made an expectation upon the dual torch automatic welding machine.
